Our knowledge of what causes cancer, coupled with new disruptive technologies available today, has the potential to eliminate up to 50% of future cancers that will impact our children as adults. Dr. Ron DePinho will give us insight on the current state of knowledge of the underlying causes of cancer, new advances in precision medicine, how cancer prevention is a childcare obligation for our generation, the collaborative actions we must take to change the tide of this disease, and how we can begin to bridge the knowing/doing gap to achieve healthier outcomes for generations to come.
